Missing Priv. Walley Hughes Forthcoming Welsh Flag Day    
 
 

AMMANFORD.

Missing. – Private Walley Hughes, 4th Welsh, T. F., aged 22, has been missing for the last six months. He is the son of Mr. Thos. Hughes, Blaenau Mill, who has another son, Private Jack Hughes, R. W. F., fighting in France. M

A postcard and Welsh flag day is arranged to take place on Saturday, March 11th, at Ammanford and the outlying districts of Llandebie, Blaenau, Penygroes, Saron, Tycroes, and Bettws.

The matter is in the hands of a company of prominent local ladies, with Mrs. W. N. Jones, Dyffryn, as president, and Mrs. J. Lewis, Brynrhug, as vice-president. Mr. W. L. Smith, magistrates’ clerk, is the hon. Secretary.
