Mr. D. Gerald Jones, chief fire officer for Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire, presents Mr. E. Evans of Ammanford Fire Service with a certificate on passing his sub-officers examination at the firemen's annual dinner in the Welfare Hall last week.
